Bel's passion for female engagement is evident in her engagement by Cricket Australia to be part of Project Inspire, a cornerstone initiative of CA's 10-year Women & Girls Action Plan. This program is dedicated to building pathways for women in every facet of cricket, empowering participants to shape the future of the game both on and off the field. Through Project Inspire, Belinda is contributing to the creation of a community of change-makers who, with their skills and passion, will inspire others to follow in their footsteps.

Outside of Warhorse HR, Bel is a dedicated mum of two young children who loves giving back to her community. She volunteers weekly at her local food pantry and holds multiple positions on the local junior cricket club – c’mon Bedford! An avid cricket fan, Bel attends as many WNCL and W/BBL matches as possible, but also loves to bake, paint and whip her children in card and board games.
